Emotions and the Heart is a four-week women’s Bible study focused on developing a biblical understanding of emotions. Through Scripture, we’ll explore God’s design for our emotions and learn how to interpret and express them in ways that honor Him and serve others.

Disciplines of a Godly Man is a men’s Bible study focused on intentional growth in godliness through biblical discipline. While discipline is essential for growth in every area of life, it is especially vital in our walk with Christ.
Using R. Kent Hughes’s trusted and time-tested resource, this study challenges men to take seriously God’s call to holiness and maturity. Together, we’ll explore practical disciplines such as prayer, integrity, marriage, leadership, purity, worship, and more—directing our energy toward the things that matter most in God’s kingdom.
