    Join us for a 4-week study through the book of Ruth and discover how this beautiful story points us to the gospel. Together, we’ll see God’s faithfulness in the waiting and the ordinary as He brings provision, redemption, fullness, and grace into the lives of His people.

  • Held In Waiting

    Held in Waiting is a group for women walking through a season of waiting—whether you’re longing for a child, navigating infertility, grieving a loss, struggling to grow your family, or facing an unexpected journey to motherhood. This is a safe place to come as you are, find encouragement from women who understand, and be reminded that God is present and faithful even when the path looks different than you hoped. Together, we’ll build community, pray for one another, and learn to trust God in the waiting.

    Join a vibrant group of women for in-depth Bible study through Bible Study Fellowship (BSF), meeting every Tuesday evening at 6:45 PM in the Freshwater Commons. Come grow in your understanding of God’s Word alongside others in a welcoming and structured environment. All are welcome!

“FIFTY - THRIVE”

FW Women 55+ is a community of women in the 55-and-beyond season of life who gather to build meaningful relationships and encourage one another in faith and friendship.

JAM

JAM is a free, mommy-and-me style playgroup for kids birth to age 6, meeting on the 2nd & 4th Thursdays, 9:30–11 AM (September–April).

Kids can burn off energy in our large indoor space with a bounce house, slides, soft play equipment, and more, while moms relax on comfy couches, sip coffee, enjoy donut holes, and connect with others.

It’s laid-back and come-and-go—no registration needed. Open to the community. Bring a friend and help build the mom community!

GEMS

GEMS stands for Girls Everywhere Meeting the Savior. Since 1958, GEMS has equipped ministry leaders, moms, and mentors to help raise up girls who are strong, secure, and confident in Christ. Being a girl today can be exciting— but also challenging. At GEMS, girls find a safe place to: 

  • Make new friends 

  • Learn about Jesus 

  • Discover their true worth 

  • Develop their talents 

  • Make a difference in the world 

GEMS Girls’ Clubs meet to have fun, grow in faith, and encourage each other through Bible lessons, crafts, games, music, and service projects that help girls live out God’s love in real ways. 

GEMS at Freshwater meets from 6:30 - 8 p.m. in September - April, on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays.
